What is your refund policy?
We refund your money (excluding shipping) when the product is returned in mint condition, within 30 days of purchase. All accessories/manuals/warranties related to the product, must be returned with the item. Contact us first by phone or email so we can provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number). This number must appear on the package when being returned or refund will be delayed and product will be returned at customer's expense. Depending on your credit card company, a refund may take 45 days (or two billing cycles) to appear on your account.

Mace brand products are high quality, affordable, AND easy to use! The Sportstrobe model sets off by simply pulling a pin. The Childsafe alarm is activated either by pulling a pin or pressing the panic button. No major thinking involved in the midst of a crisis, because fast reaction and quick thinking is key! Instruction manuals are provided with the products to let you know exactly what you need to do. Never be shy to contact us if you have further questions.
