Our Privacy Policy:
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes
only the consumer's IP address, but not the e-mail address.
We collect e-mail address of those who purchase from us and from those
who opt-in to our e-mail list. The information we collect is used by us
to contact consumers for marketing purposes. If you do not want to receive
e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information,
such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart.
If you supply us with your telephone number we will only contact you if
we have questions regarding an order you have placed on-line.
With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies
when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities
to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that
we have collected from you at our site.

Warranty:
IMPORTANT: To return a product,
you must first send an e-mail to sales@canexsecurity.com for authorization
and special return instructions. Returned items can not be accepted without
an authorization.
Canex Security only warrants products to be defect free when they are
received.
If the product you receive is defective, you must notify Canex Security
by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the item. (sales@canexsecurity.com)
A manufacturer's limited warranty may cover the product if it becomes
defective after it is received by the customer.
Manufacturer's limited warranties vary, for additional information, contact
Canex Security by e-mail. (sales@canexsecurity.com) We require that the
warranted product be returned to Canex Security.
A handling & shipping fee is required for warranty returns, the amount
depends on the product and manufacture. Customer pays all shipping charges
to return the product to Canex Security.
The warranty is void if the product is misused or physically damaged.
Warranty returns must be authorized, see our Return Policy.

Return
Policy:
IMPORTANT: To return a product,
you must first send an e-mail to sales@canexsecurity.com for authorization
and special return instructions. Returned items can not be accepted without
an authorization.
Canex Security will not be responsible for any products returned without
an RMA number.
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return
it within 2 business days from the date received for a refund less the
shipping charge and a 25% re-stocking fee provided it is in new condition
and in it's original package.
After 2 days and up to 30 days from the date of receipt, you may request
to return a non defective product for a store credit, less shipping charge
and 25% re stocking fee. The returned product must be in new condition
and in it's original packaged. The store credit is valid for merchandise
only.
Canex Security will not be responsible for returns lost in transit, be
sure to insure your return.
You may return a product if it becomes defective within it's warranty
period for a replacement only. There is a shipping and handling fee for
all defective replacements, the amount varies by product.
We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value
if the returned product is no longer available.
Products sold as a closeout sale can only be returned if defective.

A $20.00 handling charge will be placed on all returned checks

Shipping
Most Orders are shipped within
24 hours
Orders received on Friday are usually shipped the following Monday
Domestic Orders: Most Domestic
orders are shipped Canada Post Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
and should arrive in 7 to 14 business days. If your payment is by personal
check, there will be an additional 10 business day delay.
Federal Express Delivery Next
Day or 2nd Day delivery may be requested.
A charge for Shipping and Handling will be added to all orders.
The minimum charge is $5.95 for Priority Mail. There is a 6% charge for
heavy items or multiple piece orders that have a value of $100.00 or greater.
When requesting Next Day or
2nd Day delivery, your order will receive a higher priority and a "best
effort" to ship the next business day. Order shipped by Next Day
service will arrive on the second business day from the day the order
was placed. Order shipped by 2nd Day service will arrive on the third
business from the day the order was placed. Weekends and Holidays are
not counted as business days.
International Orders: (including
U.S.& Mexico)
We will ship to any country served by the Canadian and U.S. Postal Offices.
International orders will be shipped Express Mail International at a typical
charge of $10-$20 for most countries, more for larger orders or remote
locations. Your order should arrive in 7 to 14 business days excluding
customs delays.
IMPORTANT!
You are responsible for your order clearing customs. No Refunds will be
given for orders held or rejected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
